Botaniqa was founded in 2012 by the Polish Shih Tzu breeder Agnieszka Pluta because she could not find plant-based care for her show dogs. The recipes rely on plant extracts such as avocado, almond, açaí and oat protein and contain no parabens or sulphates. The maker
A breeder found no suitable care and developed it herself
Agnieszka Pluta, known to everyone as Aga, breeds and shows Shih Tzu under the kennel name Blonde Ambition and has won Best in Show at AKC and FCI shows with her own dogs. She holds degrees in production engineering and cynology. In 2012 she founded the Botaniqa brand with her business partner Tomasz Pałka because she found no plant-based coat care for show dogs on the market.
Today Botaniqa comprises the Basic, Show and Active lines, all also in professional sizes for groomers and breeders. The products are sold in over 20 countries, recently also in the USA. Aga's motto Dilution is the Solution stands for working with diluted concentrates.

Yes, the founder works by the principle Dilution is the Solution. You can dilute the shampoos with water, which is gentler on the coat and makes the bottle go further.
